We keep only what it takes to send your reminders. Delete your account and all of it goes, straight away.

What we store

• From Google: your name and email address.
• Your timezone, so reminders arrive at the right local time.
• From Telegram: your chat id, first name and username, so the bot can message you.
• Your reminders: what they say, when they're due and how they repeat.

We also keep your sign-in session, stored hashed, so you stay signed in.

What we don't do

• No ads.
• No tracking, analytics or third-party scripts.
• No AI. Your sentences are read by plain rules and never sent to an AI model.
• We never sell or share your data.

Where it lives

justbtw runs on Cloudflare, and your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 in Western Europe. Telegram delivers the reminder messages, so each reminder's text passes through Telegram when it's sent.

Cookies

One secure cookie keeps you signed in. A second, small one only tells this site you're signed in, so it can show “Open app”. There are no tracking cookies.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time. Your profile, reminders, sessions and Telegram link are removed immediately and can't be recovered. You can also disconnect Telegram on its own.
